Printlogik is a modern print and design company with deep roots in Derby and an outlook that reaches across Europe. We were founded in 2023 following the closure of Black Label UK, a successful sole proprietorship built by Bradley Leivars. What started as one designer helping local businesses grow has evolved into a full-service print partner with a mission to deliver exceptional print, purposeful design, and meaningful sustainability.

We created Printlogik to be something different. Not just another printer, but a creative and technical partner that helps brands turn big ideas into beautiful, impactful realities. Whether you need business stationery, branded packaging, large-format graphics or web-ready assets, we’re built to support your growth from the ground up; with quality, speed and care behind every order.

How We Work

What makes us different is the way we operate. Printlogik doesn’t run from a single warehouse or own any traditional printing presses. Instead, we work through a carefully curated network of over one hundred high-quality production partners across Europe.

This distributed production model means that instead of routing every order through one central hub, we assign it to the best production partner in our network. Our system considers product type, location, turnaround requirements, and environmental factors. That means your order is produced as close to the delivery destination as possible, reducing unnecessary transport miles, shortening lead times, and helping to reduce overall emissions.

Our production model is designed to be invisible to your customers. Every order is shipped in plain white-label packaging with no trace of Printlogik. This is ideal for resellers, creative agencies, and studios who want to focus on delivering value to their clients without needing in-house production capabilities. Your customers receive a seamless experience. You retain control and credibility.

Although we don’t currently offer live tracking links, our team provides timely updates at every stage of production and dispatch. You'll always know where your order stands, and if anything changes, we're quick to keep you informed.

Our Services

Printlogik offers more than just print. We bring together creative expertise, technical precision and a deep understanding of what makes marketing materials effective. From initial design concepts to final delivery, we’re involved at every step.

Our platform makes it easy to upload artwork during checkout, and every file is manually checked for quality and compatibility before going to print. We believe this should be standard practice, not an added service, which is why our file checking process is completely free. If a file doesn’t meet the required specifications, we’ll let you know and if you need help adjusting or rebuilding it, our in-house designers are ready to assist.

Beyond print, we offer full brand design packages, web design services, and digital accessibility consulting. We’re passionate about building inclusive digital spaces and advocate for accessible design across everything we do. Whether you’re a startup needing a logo or an established organisation looking to refresh your visual identity, we approach every brief with care and creativity.

Custom projects are welcomed. If you need something unique or outside our core offering, we’re happy to quote for bespoke solutions. And in the rare case that we’re not the right fit, we’ll refer you to someone we trust. Our priority is making sure you get what you need; even if that means pointing you in another direction.

Sustainability at Our Core

Printlogik was built with sustainability in mind from day one. Through our Print a Tree Project, we actively fund reforestation efforts and verified climate initiatives via our partnership with Ecologi. Every order placed with Printlogik contributes directly to tree planting and carbon reduction.

In addition to this, we’re committed to reducing our footprint through the materials we use and the partners we work with. We offer a growing range of recycled, recyclable and PVC-free products. We only partner with production facilities that meet our environmental criteria and are aligned with our sustainability goals. From eco-certified paper stocks to energy-efficient production processes, every decision is made with long-term impact in mind.

We don’t treat sustainability as a trend or a box to tick. It’s a responsibility we take seriously, and we’re continuously improving how we operate so we can make better choices for the planet - and help our clients do the same.

Built for Resellers and Creative Professionals

Printlogik is proud to support the people behind the scenes - designers, marketers, agencies, and other print companies who rely on consistent, high-quality output and fast, reliable delivery. That’s why we offer one of the most generous flat-rate trade discounts in the UK. Registered trade accounts receive a 20% discount across our entire product range, with the exception of garments. We also extend discounted rates to registered charities, helping stretch their budgets without compromising on quality.

We don’t believe in complex tier systems or hidden pricing. Our aim is to build trust and long-term relationships by making it easy to do great work with us.
