The Arch Event Flag frames festival entrances, start and finish lines and exhibition walkways with a branded arch roughly 4 metres wide and 3.2 metres tall — visible from distance, assembled without fuss, and light enough for one crew to move between events. Dye-sublimation printed on knitted polyester with collapsible aluminium and GRP poles, it packs into its carry bag and comes back out for the next campaign. A real person checks your artwork before it's printed, and every order helps restore forests through our Print A Tree project.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

At four metres wide, artwork needs to scale: supply a CMYK PDF (AI or EPS also accepted) with vector logos and text where possible, at 150–300dpi for final size, keeping essential elements clear of the pole sleeve areas. Bold, simple layouts perform best from distance. The graphic prints single-sided with high show-through on the reverse — double-sided isn't available on this product. No artwork yet? Can it be used outdoors in wind? ›

Yes — it's stable in winds up to 13–18mph (Beaufort Scale 4). Always dismantle it during stronger winds or adverse weather.

Can it be used indoors? ›

Yes. With the parasol bases it's ideal for large indoor venues such as exhibition halls and event spaces.

Is the arch flag double-sided? ›

No — the graphic is printed single-sided, but the knitted polyester gives 80–90% show-through, so your design reads from the reverse too.

What's included in the kit? ›

Your bespoke printed arch graphic, collapsible fibreglass poles, securing bungees and a carry bag. Choose parasol bases or ground spikes at order, or the graphic and pole kit only if you already have compatible bases.

How long will an arch flag last? ›

It depends on exposure and how often it's used — for a regularly used outdoor flag, a realistic maximum lifespan is around six months. To get the most from it: machine wash at 30° with no detergent, let the fabric dry fully before storage, dismantle in winds above Beaufort 4, and avoid positions where the fabric can snag or rub.
