Which totem suits your campaign?

The Totem 3 Small Cardboard (330mm w × 1610mm h × 300mm d) is the cost-effective starting point: a three-sided, single-wall triangular column — light, quick, and ideal when you need several dotted around a venue. The Tribeca (500mm w × 1850mm h × 500mm d) builds from four three-sided, double-wall panels that slot together into a taller modular display — glue the joints for extra stability and it's the high-impact choice for launches and centrepiece promotions. The Sidney (600mm w × 2000mm h × 350mm d) is the tallest of the three, in double-wall E+F flute board with a smooth curved profile — made for exhibition stands where the display itself needs to look designed. If durability is the priority, the double-wall Sidney and Tribeca are the stronger pair.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Use the template for your chosen totem style — the panels align differently on each design, and the template is what keeps your graphics meeting cleanly at the folds. Supply a CMYK PDF at 1:1 scale, minimum 150dpi, with 5mm bleed on all sides and fonts outlined or embedded. One technical catch: if your design includes white elements, make sure they're not set to overprint — overprinted white disappears at print. Unsure about any of it? Send us your file and we'll set it up.

Frequently asked questions

Which totem design is most durable?
The Sidney and Tribeca — both use double-wall corrugated board for increased strength, while the Totem 3 Small uses single-wall construction to keep costs down. For a busy multi-day exhibition, choose double-wall.
What sizes are the totems?
Totem 3 Small Cardboard: 330mm wide × 1610mm high × 300mm deep. Tribeca: 500mm wide × 1850mm high × 500mm deep. Sidney: 600mm wide × 2000mm high × 350mm deep — the tallest of the range at two metres.
Do cardboard totems need tools to assemble?
No specialist tools at all — they arrive flat-packed and slot together in minutes. The Tribeca's modular panels benefit from a little adhesive at the joints for added stability, especially if it'll be moved during the event.
Can cardboard totems be used outdoors?
They're designed primarily for indoor use. Limited short-term outdoor use may be possible in dry conditions, but cardboard and weather aren't friends — for outdoor campaigns, look at our banner and rigid signage ranges instead.
Are the totems recyclable?
Yes — when supplied without lamination, the whole display can be recycled after use, which makes cardboard totems a responsible alternative to plastic or metal exhibition hardware for temporary campaigns. If you choose lamination for extra durability, recyclability is compromised, so pick based on how long the campaign runs.
Are artwork templates provided?
Yes — each of the three designs has its own artwork template to ensure accurate panel alignment. Use the one matching the style you order, and every file gets a free check by a real person before printing.
How long do totem displays take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from artwork approval, with express production available on request and tracked UK delivery. Got an event date? Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm what's achievable.
