Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and fonts outlined or embedded, keeping key content clear of the glued top edge. The design principle that makes deskpads work: your branding frames the page, the middle belongs to the user — logo and contact details in the header or footer, then genuinely useful structure in between: a to-do column, a notes area, a week strip, conversion tables or industry reference guides.
