Desktop Roller Banner

Ideal for sales desks and close-up POS

Description

A roller banner scaled for the counter, not the floor

The Emblem Desktop Roller Banner is the full roller-banner idea shrunk to point-of-sale size: an A3 graphic, 297mm wide and 420mm on show, rising from a lightweight aluminium cassette that weighs 350 grams all-in. It sits on sales desks, reception counters, trade counters and exhibition tables — anywhere a floor banner won't fit but a message should. The graphic is printed on 400gsm SoFlat, so it stays flat, resists scuffs and kills glare under shop lighting. A real person checks your artwork before it's printed, and every order helps restore forests through our Print A Tree project.

Every order plants trees

A cassette that rolls the graphic away between campaigns and comes back out for the next one — reusable point-of-sale rather than disposable card displays. Through our Print A Tree project with Ecologi, every Printlogik order funds verified reforestation on top. Free, automatic, every time. See the forest grow →

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF at 297 × 440mm with fonts outlined — and here's the spec that catches people out: the bottom 20mm of the graphic stays hidden inside the cassette, so only 420mm of the height is visible. Keep logos, text and anything that matters out of that bottom strip, and design for reading at arm's length across a counter: one message, big, wins. Unsure? Send your file over and we'll check the layout for free.

Frequently asked questions

How big is a desktop roller banner?
The graphic is A3 — 297mm wide with 420mm visible when raised — and the whole unit stands 500mm tall with a 320mm-wide base, weighing just 0.35kg. Small enough for any counter, big enough to be read across one.
What is the graphic printed on?
400gsm SoFlat — a display material that's anti-curl, anti-scuff and anti-glare, so the banner hangs flat and stays readable under bright shop lighting instead of catching reflections.
How does it set up?
In seconds — pull the graphic up from the cassette, extend the bungee pole, and the adhesive top rail holds the banner in place. No tools, and it rolls away just as fast between promotions.
Why does my artwork need to be taller than the visible area?
The lower 20mm of the 440mm graphic feeds into the cassette mechanism and stays hidden — it's needed for the roller to grip, but nothing important should be printed there. Design to the full 297 × 440mm and keep key content in the top 420mm.
Is it easy to move around?
Very — at 350 grams with an aluminium cassette, it moves from till to counter to exhibition table in one hand, and packs flat into a bag between events.
What if I need a full-size banner too?
Our floor-standing roller banners use the same SoFlat graphic quality at 2000mm tall — many businesses run the pair: full-size by the door, desktop at the point of sale, same design scaled twice.
