Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed all round, a 3mm safe zone, and fonts outlined or embedded. One thing to design around: printing is on the face of the envelope only — we don't currently offer flap printing — and if you're posting through a franking or address window setup, remember these are windowless, so leave room for the address to be printed or labelled on the face. Matching a letterhead or comp slip? Send those over and we'll keep the branding consistent across the set.

What sizes do the envelopes come in? ›

Three: DL (for a standard letter or an A4 sheet folded in three), C5 (for A5, or A4 folded once), and C4 (for unfolded A4 documents and brochures). Match the size to what you're sending.

Can I print in full colour? ›

Yes — full colour across the face is available, as is a black-only option for clean, economical branding. Both print on the front of the envelope.

Do the envelopes have a window? ›

No — these are windowless, giving you a clean, uninterrupted face to design across. If you post using address windows, you'll want to print or label the address directly onto the face instead.

How do the envelopes seal? ›

Self-seal — a peel-off strip exposes the adhesive, so there's no licking or moistening. Quick and clean when you're filling a batch by hand.

Can you print on the flap? ›

Not currently — printing is on the face of the envelope only. Design your branding for the front and it'll make its impression the moment the envelope lands.

Can you match my other stationery? ›

Yes — envelopes work hardest as part of a set. Send us your letterhead or compliment slip artwork and we'll keep fonts, colours and logo placement consistent across the whole stationery suite.
