Fabric Exhibition Displays

An easy and affordable Fabric Exhibition Solution

Description

A full exhibition wall that packs into a bag

Fabric Exhibition Displays give you a big, seamless branded wall that travels light: a strong, lightweight tubular aluminium frame that snap-fits together, wrapped in a dye-sublimation printed stretch fabric graphic that zips taut underneath. Up in around ten minutes, washable, and folded away into a carry bag when the show's over. Walls join into larger configurations or stand alone with standard feet. A real person checks your artwork before it's printed, and every order helps restore forests through our Print A Tree project.

Key details

Frame

Strong, lightweight tubular aluminium — snap-fits together using numbered stickers, no tools

Graphic

260gsm stretch fabric, dye-sublimation printed front with a white reverse — zips underneath to hold tension

Assembly

About 10 minutes — one person can manage it, two makes fitting the graphic easier

Portable

Frame packs into the included carry bag; smaller graphics fit in too, larger ones travel alongside

Joinable

Connector and corner feet join walls into larger shell-scheme layouts; standard feet let each wall stand alone

Best for

Exhibition stands, conference backdrops, showrooms and indoor events — indoor use only

Sizes

Two two-wall configurations: 2m × 1m and 2m × 2m, both standing 2270mm tall. Note that overall width and depth increase by roughly 20–40mm when the connector and corner feet are fitted — this is allowed for in the standard shell schemes, so it won't affect fitting your stand space. Need a size or layout not shown? Tell us your stand dimensions and we'll advise.

Every order plants trees

Reusable aluminium hardware with a washable, changeable graphic — order a new fabric for a rebrand instead of a whole new stand, and old graphics recycle with other textiles. Through our Print A Tree project with Ecologi, every Printlogik order funds verified reforestation on top. Free, automatic, every time. See the forest grow →

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Use the template and supply a CMYK PDF with fonts outlined. Two fabric-specific pointers worth heeding: the graphic wraps a three-dimensional frame with a little natural material movement, so don't run continuous or highly detailed shapes across the front-to-rear edges — they won't align perfectly, and bold blocks forgive far better than fine patterns at the corners. And because the fabric isn't fully opaque, keep important content away from relying on a pure-white background under strong lighting. Send your file over and we'll flag anything that'll struggle before it's printed.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set up?
About ten minutes. The numbered frame pieces snap together, the graphic slides over and zips underneath to tension it, then the feet attach. One person can do it, but a second pair of hands makes fitting the graphic smoother.
Any trick to fitting the graphic neatly?
Yes — slide the graphic on twisted about 30–50mm to one side so the internal hems don't sit along the edges, pull it fully down, then grip both sides of the frame and twist it into final position. It sounds fiddly but takes seconds once you've done it, and it's what gives the crisp, hem-free edges.
Can I use these outdoors?
No — Fabric Exhibition Displays are for indoor use only. For outdoor branded structures, talk to us about banners, flags or café barriers instead and we'll point you to the right product.
Can you see the frame through the fabric?
Under strong lighting from above or behind, the frame can show faintly through, because display fabric isn't fully opaque. It's easily managed — limit light directly above or behind the unit and adjust its position, and it disappears. Front lighting avoids it entirely.
Can I change or replace the graphic?
Yes — the fabric cover is washable and easily changeable, and additional or replacement graphics can be ordered separately. It means a rebrand or a new campaign costs a fabric, not a whole new display, and old graphics recycle with other textiles.
How do I care for the graphic?
Machine wash at 30° with no detergent, and let it dry completely before using or storing — so exhibition wear and travel creases don't retire it between shows.
