Use the template for your size and supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 10mm bleed and fonts outlined. One instruction specific to this product: supply your design at 25% scale — large-format pop-up artwork is set up at quarter size to keep file sizes manageable, and the template is built to that scale, so design within it rather than at full size. How does the stand set up? ›

Pop the concertina frame open — it springs into shape on its own — then attach the fabric graphic with the Velcro edging. No poles, panels or tools, and it's done in a couple of minutes. Packing down is the reverse, back into the wheeled bag.

What sizes are available? ›

Two: 3×3 (2260mm wide, 2260mm tall, 7.75kg) and the wider 3×4 (2295mm wide, same height, 10.25kg). Both are the standard exhibition pop-up footprints, so they suit typical shell-scheme stand spaces.

Why does my artwork need to be at 25% scale? ›

Full-size pop-up graphics are huge, so artwork is prepared at quarter scale to keep files workable — our template is set up at 25%, and we scale it back to full size at print. Design within the template and the maths is handled for you.

Can I change the graphic later? ›

Yes — because the graphic attaches with Velcro, you can order replacement graphics any time and swap them in seconds. A rebrand or a new campaign costs a graphic, not a whole new stand.

Is the stand easy to transport? ›

Yes — it packs into the included wheeled carry bag, so even the larger 3×4 rolls to and from the venue rather than being carried. Frame and graphic travel together.

What's the difference between this and a straight fabric display wall? ›
