Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and fonts outlined, at the full A1 or A2 finished size. Two things to design around: keep essential planner content away from the fold lines — an A1 concertina-folds then halves, an A2 cross-folds, and a date cell sitting on a crease is hard to read and write in, so let the grid breathe around the folds — and remember this is a wall product read from across a room and written on up close, so keep the calendar clear and your branding bold. How is a wall planner folded for posting? ›

Which stock should I choose? ›
If people will write on the planner through the year, choose silk — it takes pen and pencil better and reads more comfortably. If it's mainly a visual, branded piece, gloss gives punchier colour. 170gsm feels more substantial on the wall than 130gsm.
