Interlocking or glued?
Both print on the same 400gsm silk and present documents just as smartly — the difference is how they're built. Interlocking folders slot together with tabs, so they arrive flat and assemble without glue: handy when you're building them yourself, storing flat until needed, or shipping them out for someone else to assemble. Glued folders come as a permanently bonded pocket, ready to fill. If you value flat storage and glue-free assembly, choose interlocking; if you'd rather they arrive built and ready, choose glued.

Artwork made easy
Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. On folders this check matters, because the fold, tab and interlock lines have to line up precisely.
Always start from our folder template — it's a shaped die-cut, not a flat sheet, with fold lines, interlocking tabs and the pocket to design around. Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed, a 3mm safe zone and fonts outlined. Two folder-specific rules: send two files — one with the template overlaid on your artwork so we can check alignment, and one clean version with the template removed that we'll proof and print; and remember the folder is oversized to hold its paper size, so a DL folder is slightly larger than DL to fit DL documents with room to spare — design to the template's dimensions, not to plain DL. Send both files and we'll confirm everything lines up before printing.
