Ours are dye-sublimation printed onto white polyester, which fixes bright, long-lasting colour into the fabric, and come double-sided as standard with a trigger clip and the EU-recommended breakaway safety clip fitted. Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF (PDF/X-1a preferred) at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and fonts outlined. Lanyards are printed double-sided, so your artwork must be a 2-page PDF — and if you want the inside left plain white, that's the key thing to get right: supply page 1 as your artwork and page 2 as a blank page, and we'll print the outside only. A repeating logo or brand name along the strap reads best, since the lanyard is seen in motion and often only partly visible. Send your file and we'll confirm it before printing.

How are the lanyards printed? ›

By dye-sublimation onto white polyester — the ink is heat-fixed into the fabric, giving bright, full-colour results including solid block colours that won't crack or peel with daily wear. It's more durable and more vivid than surface-printed lanyards.

What clips come with them? ›

A trigger clip for attaching ID cards, passes or badge holders, and the EU-recommended breakaway safety clip, which releases if the lanyard is pulled or caught — an important safety feature, especially in workplaces and schools. Both are fitted as standard.

Are they printed on both sides? ›

Yes, double-sided as standard, so your branding is visible whichever way the lanyard twists during the day. If you'd prefer the inside left plain white, supply a 2-page PDF with your design on page 1 and a blank page 2.
