Letterheads

Printlogik Letterheads – Where First Impressions Are Made to Last.

Description

Your brand's first impression, on paper

In a world of email, a properly printed letterhead still carries a weight a PDF can't — it signals a business that takes itself seriously. Yours, printed on premium uncoated paper with your logo, colours and contact details, brings consistency to every quote, invoice, contract and letter you send. Choose 100gsm or 120gsm, single or double-sided, from 25 sheets to 10,000. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed, and every order helps restore forests through our Print A Tree project.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi, sized 210 × 297mm with 3mm bleed all round (216 × 303mm with bleed) and fonts outlined or embedded. The design principle that makes a letterhead work: keep the centre clear for the letter itself — branding lives in the header and footer, so leave a clean, generous space in the middle for your typed correspondence, and keep logos and details out of the area a printer or typist will use. If you're ordering more than one design, each design is a separate order. Matching a business card or comp slip? Send those over and we'll keep the whole set consistent.

Frequently asked questions

What paper are letterheads printed on?
Premium uncoated paper in 100gsm or 120gsm — uncoated because it takes pen and printer ink cleanly, so your letterhead works whether you print letters onto it or write by hand. 120gsm feels a little more substantial in the hand.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes — single or double-sided. Many businesses use the back for terms and conditions, a continuation sheet layout, or a lighter version of the branding. Single-sided keeps it simple and costs less.
How should I design the layout?
Put your logo and contact details in the header and footer, and leave the centre of the page clear and generous for the actual letter. A letterhead's job is to frame your correspondence, not compete with it, so restraint reads as more professional than a busy design.
What quantities can I order?
From 25 sheets up to 10,000. Larger runs bring the cost per sheet down, so if you send letters regularly it's worth ordering a decent quantity — and we can band them for tidy storage and handout.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes, but each different design needs to be placed as a separate order to the same specifications. If you have several variations — say for different departments or offices — tell us and we'll help you set them up.
Can you match my other stationery?
Yes — letterheads work hardest as part of a coordinated set with your business cards, compliment slips and envelopes. Send us your other artwork and we'll keep fonts, colours and logo placement consistent across the whole suite.
