Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. On packaging this check matters, because the artwork wraps a 3D shape with folds and flaps to work around.

Use our dieline template for your chosen size and supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with fonts outlined — the template shows where the folds, flaps and glue areas fall so nothing important lands on a crease. One material rule to design around: white printing isn't available on brown (kraft) boxes — anything white in your design will show as the bare brown board, so on kraft, design with that natural brown as your "white". Printed colours can also shift slightly against the brown tone. If you want crisp white or true colour accuracy, choose the white board option. Send your file and we'll flag anything that won't work before printing.

Frequently asked questions

Can I print on the inside of the box? ›
Yes — inside and outside printing are both available. A printed interior turns opening the box into a branded moment, which is exactly what gets shared in unboxing photos and videos. Many brands put a message, pattern or thank-you on the inside.
Can I have white text on a brown box? ›
Not on the brown (kraft) material — white ink isn't available on it, so anything set as white will simply show the natural brown board underneath. If white is important to your design, choose the white board option; otherwise, design for kraft using the brown as your background colour, which suits a natural, eco aesthetic.
Are they suitable for food?›
No — these mailer boxes are not food-safe, so we don't recommend them for cupcakes, sweets or any direct food contact. They're made for products like cosmetics, samples and retail goods. For food packaging you'll need a food-grade product; tell us what you're packing and we'll advise.
What's the minimum order? ›
Just one. That makes it easy to order a single box first as a sample or prototype, check the size and print, then come back for a full run once you're happy — no large minimum to commit to upfront.
Will they fit through a letterbox? ›
No — they post as Royal Mail small or medium parcels rather than large-letter items, so they won't go through a standard letterbox. Factor that into your postage when planning ecommerce fulfilment.
How are they delivered? ›
Flat-packed, to save storage space, and they assemble quickly by hand without tape or glue — folding together like origami. Store them flat until you need them and build them as you pack orders.
