Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF at 300dpi with fonts outlined, designed to the 210 × 80mm printable area. Choose single-sided (one side), double-sided (both sides, handle in the middle), or a full wrap-around design. Two pointers: the print doesn't run under the handle, so keep key content in the visible panels either side of it; and if you've chosen a colour-accent mug and want your design to match the coloured handle and interior, ask us for the CMYK values for that colour so your artwork tones with it exactly. Send your file and we'll confirm the layout before printing.

Frequently asked questions

Are the mugs dishwasher safe? ›

Yes — dishwasher and microwave safe. Because the print is dye-sublimation, the ink is fixed into the mug's coating rather than sitting on top, so it survives daily washing and use without fading or scratching off. That durability is what makes them worth giving as a lasting gift.

Can I print a full wrap-around design? ›

Yes — choose single-sided, double-sided, or a full wrap. The printable area is 210 × 80mm, and a wrap design covers the full body around the mug, leaving the area under the handle clear. Tell us which you'd like and we'll set the artwork up accordingly.

What are the colour-accent mugs? ›

As well as classic white, we offer mugs with a coloured interior and handle in seven shades, so you can match the mug to your brand colours. If you want your printed design to tone with the accent colour, ask us for its CMYK values and we'll help you match it.

Can I order just one? ›

Yes — order a single mug as a photo gift or a sample, or larger quantities for corporate gifting and giveaways. There's no large minimum, so it's easy to try one before committing to a run.

Do you do coasters and gift boxes to match? ›

Yes — a matching printed coaster completes the set for a desk or a gift, and we can supply bespoke printed boxes sized to fit the mugs for a premium presentation. Ask us and we'll put the set together.

Do you do colour-changing mugs too? ›

Yes — if you'd like the design to appear only when a hot drink is poured, our heat-changing mugs reveal your artwork with heat for a memorable effect. These standard mugs show your design permanently and are dishwasher-friendly; tell us the use and we'll suggest the better fit.
