NCR books are the reliable, low-tech way to keep a copy of everything you write — invoices, receipts, order forms, delivery notes. Write on the top sheet and the copies transfer automatically to the pages below, so you keep a duplicate and hand one over on the spot. Branded with your business details, available in duplicate, triplicate or quadruplicate, numbered, taped and perforated. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed, and every order helps restore forests through our Print A Tree project.

Artwork made easy
Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. On NCR books this check matters, because the layout and numbering have to work across every sheet.
Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and a generous 20mm safe zone — wider than usual because the sheets are bound, taped and perforated, so keep key content well clear of the edges. Two book-specific rules: if you want numbering, supply two files — one for print and one showing where the numbers should sit as a position guide; and if you're printing double-sided, set the reverse in 70% black rather than solid, which prevents the writing pressure and ink showing through to the copies beneath. A4 books are bound on the long edge, A5 on the short edge. Send your files and we'll confirm the setup before printing.
